Born in 1978 in Essex, Scott grew up in a hardworking family—his father worked at the Bethlehem Steel plant in Sparrows Point, and his mother was a nurse at Franklin Square Hospital. From a young age, he was drawn to machinery, spending weekends helping his uncle repair engines. At Kenwood High School, he excelled in shop classes and vocational programs, eventually earning his Commercial Driver’s License at 21, setting the stage for a lifelong career on the road. Throughout his career, Scott has specialized in hauling everything from construction materials to medical supplies, helping to keep critical supply chains running smoothly. Today, he drives for a Baltimore-based shipping company, servicing warehouses, ports, and manufacturing hubs across the Mid-Atlantic. Beyond the wheel, Scott mentors younger drivers and leads training sessions on safe driving and time management, helping to shape the next generation of transportation professionals.
